HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIO

Our approach to residential projects is geared towards reflecting a client’s personal preferences and lifestyle. The scope of work for residential projects has varied greatly over the years. Amongst the many variables on a project, factors such as whether the client owns the property, budget and time scale all come into play.

Highlights From Our Residential Portfolio

Greenwich Village, New York, NY

Our design brief was to elevate their existing one-bedroom apartment into a refined and thoughtfully redesigned space, tailored to accommodate the dynamic needs of two working professionals. The aspiration was to seamlessly merge the realms of work and home within this transformation, crafting an environment that would inspire productivity while exuding an air of sophisticated functionality.

To achieve our goal we developed custom pieces and furniture that brought the project together. See the photos here.

Upper West Side Conversion

This project, located in the Upper West Side, was challenging. We needed to transform a large one bedroom apartment into a legal two bedroom unit. The client desired the look of a gut renovation. However, we had a modest budget. Due to the unique layout, we provided staging services that enhanced the design.See the photos here.

Flatiron Loft

Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the Flatiron Loft, captured through a stunning collection of modern design that seamlessly blends mixes of urban sophistication. This space tells a story of elegance and style from the expansive windows that flood the rooms with natural light to the sleek and contemporary furnishings. Whether you're drawn to the sleek lines of the minimalist kitchen, the inviting warmth of the living area, or the serene ambiance of the bedroom, this space invited the client to envision a life of refined living in the heart of the city. Upper East Side Apartment

The client wanted a stylish yet functional 5-bedroom home for their young family. We took great care to make sure all materials used were washable or easily cleaned. All of the millwork items are bespoke and designed for the client's needs. The children’s bedrooms were designed so the toddlers could "grow with them”. We carefully chose interesting custom rugs which we placed throughout the home. See the photos here.

Brooklyn House

Brooklyn House showcases the essence of this historic home, blending classic architectural elements with modern comforts. From the ornate moldings and hardwood floors to the stylishly furnished rooms filled with natural light. This space captures the spirit of Brooklyn, with its vibrant energy and artistic flair. Whether you're drawn to the cozy reading nook, the airy living area, or the serene backyard oasis, Brooklyn House transports you to a place where tradition meets modernity, inviting you to embrace timeless beauty and allure. Williamsburg Loft

We redesigned and renovated this spacious 4,700 square foot industrial-to-residential loft conversion. We focued on a contemporary style, as this was previously used as an artist’s studio. Now it needed to accommodate the lifestyle of two adults and two children. The high ceilings and sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and East River were accentuated in our design. See the photos here.
